Returns & Refunds policy

The deadline for appealing for a refund is up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
The refund can only be expected or appealed for the study abroad products.
No consultation fee, one-time documentation fee, language course fee, or one-on-one call fee is entertained for refund.

You can inquire or appeal by email at admin@deutschlandreams.com or by filling out the refund inquiry form.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which you ordered the products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
